Exercise is key, but unfortunately getting to the gym isn’t always in the cards. As a single mom of two girls, I know how hard it can be to spend that time. I coach people to utilize the resouces in their home. It is amazing what you can do with a $20.00 Kettlebell and Yoga mat. It is important to find a program that works around your schedule and I am here to help you with that. Here is an example of a simple exercise I incorporate into my home regiment in the “nooks and crannies” of time.
